Emerald and White Wedding

Early this year we worked with Willow Tree Weddings on a very special wedding. This wedding was located at Speakeasy on State in Redlands, CA and it had a beautiful vintage yet timeless look.

We decided to keep the flowers all white and green after our bride said she envisioned a vintage modern wedding. She liked the idea of using lush mixed greens with pops of cream throughout.

How gorgeous does our bride look above!! She thought of every detail to go with the look she wanted. I love her emerald green earrings and that beautifully crystal encrusted dress she is wearing is so beautiful!

For the bridal bouquet we used a mixture of:

White garden roses

White ranunculus

White anemone's (with the black center)

***Note: anemones come with white center's as well so be sure you get the correct ones for your wedding when ordering!

White helleborus

Lush mixed greens (camelia, salal, dusty miller, and ruscus)

The bridesmaid bouquets were so much fun. It got simplified a little bit to keep within budget but sometimes when we have to think outside of the box we end up with an even better design. We decided to make these with mostly all lush greens. I have a mixture of bush ivy, salal, dusty miller, and camelia leaves. I added hints of white helleborus to bring in a soft delicate filler flower which gave it a more polished and finished look.

A low lush garland was placed at the front of the sweetheart table. This was one of my favorite garlands this year. Lilac was in season so we splurged and bought them for this event and I think it really makes a huge difference when you choose the right flowers. It's in the small details that really makes things come to life.

Flowers Used:

Helleborus

Lilac

Anemone

Garden Roses

Lushed mixed greens (seeded eucalyptus, salal, dusty miller

We make our sweetheart table garlands on site. It helps us design around the table so that it has a perfect look and fit.

We continued the lush mixed greens look inside the church with long draping greens along the pews. We used draping emerald green ribbon was used to tie them to the pews.

The ceremony was held at The Holy Name of Jesus Parish located in Redlands. It was just a 5 minute drive to the reception and made things very convenient for the bridal party and all the guests.

This couple was rolling deep and looking sharp for their big day!

The reception space had a combination of rectangular and circular tables. We made long lush green garlands for all the rectangular tables and some of the circular tables had a cluster of candles in the center with greens along the base of the candles for an extra added detail. The other half of the circular tables had the tall large arrangements shown as the first photo above.

Cake flowers are also done on site after the baker has dropped off the cake. For this one we used some lush greens (italian ruscus and plumosa) around the base and added a simple flower cluster off to one side.

We hope Beth and Matt have a lifetime of happiness and we were honored to be a part of their big day!
